Delivery & Returns


Once you've chosen your items, you will be asked at the checkout whether you want your purchase delivered or you would prefer to pick up from store.

We deliver to mainland UK only (also Isle of Wight). We're sorry we don't currently deliver to N. Ireland. The fee for delivery is dependent upon what you order. Here is our schedule of delivery charges:
Divan only, mattress only: £70.80 per item (2-man delivery)
Divan + mattress: £82.80 per item (2-man delivery)
Headboard only: £26.40 (1-man delivery) 

Once you've placed and paid for your order online, including the delivery cost, you will receive an automated email to the email address you supplied - please check your junk email folder to make sure it hasn't gone astray.

The confirmation email will show your order, together with your unique order number which you should keep safe and refer to in any correspondence.

Our partner delivery team will contact you once your order is ready to be delivered, to confirm the details and ensure a smooth process. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address during the specified, agreed time window.

In the meantime if you have any questions or need to discuss your order, please call our Customer Service team on 01225 000000 between 9.30am-4.45pm Monday - Thursday, 9.30am-1.45pm Friday.

Please note: we are currently unable to dispose of / recycle your old mattress or base. Please contact your local council for advice on this or follow this link (link here to mattress recyclers).

We will attempt a delivery up to 3 times, if there is still no one available after the third attempt, product will be returned to us and you will need to arrange a new delivery by calling Customer Services on xxx. Please note that we will have to charge a second delivery cost in this event.

If you cancel the order after a failed delivery attempt we will have to deduct the cost of the delivery from any refund.

Is you opt for click-&-collect we will contact you when your order is ready for collection.

Please remember that all products are made to order - so please be aware that click-&-collect will not be available immediately, an estimated date will be shown to you at checkout. 


Should you wish to return an item bought online, because you have changed your mind, you have up to 14 days to notify our Customer Service team of a return, then up to 14 days after that to have it collected by us at an agreed date and time. The fee for collection is the same as your original delivery charge, which will be deducted from your original purchase price.

Example: If you bought a mattress for £339 plus delivery at £82.80, total £421.80, the return charge will also be £82.80, meaning we will reimburse you a total of £339.

Your reimbursement will be made following receipt, and inspection of the goods which must be clean, unused and returned in the packaging in which it was originally delivered. If the original packaging is not available or suitable we will happily end you a new bag in order to package the product properly. The only exception is where an item is faulty. If you believe your mattress is faulty please contact Customer Services is immediately.
