I've bought the wrong mattress, how do I return it?

Can I get my money back, or do I have to exchange my purchase for something else?
You can receive a refund. Please bear in mind the cost of the returned goods will be deducted from your final refund payment. For details please see our Returns policy.
Can I arrange my own transport to return an item?
Sorry no. Transport will be via the same trusted carriers who originally delivered your order. This can be arranged via our Customer Services team. Please see our Returns policy.
How long does it take to get my money back?
Once returned, refunds will be made following inspection of the goods which must be clean, unused and returned in the packaging in which it was originally delivered. We aim to do this as quickly as possible following receipt of returned goods.
I've already disposed of the packaging it came in, what do I do?
Please notify Customer Service on 01225 779103 who will send you a new bag(s). Their hours are 9.30-4.45pm Monday - Thursday, 9.30am-1.45pm Friday.
